I just received my Kangertech subox Mini Starter kit Monday. Fully charged the battery then Vaped all day Tuesday, went great, put it on the usb charger now nothing at all. Won't light up at all or do anything, checked battery, coil, wick, nothing appears wrong? Can a cell die that quick? I spent $11.00 on this one I don't want to buy another to find out thats not the problem you know.

i would contact the vendor about a mod issue do you have a friend or someone you know with a spare battery to test that if nothing happens with a spare battery then i would definitely contact the people you ordered from for a replacement you may be able to go to a local shop if noone you know has a battery to see if they might let u test the mod with a spare battery they have maybe

What cell are you using (brand/mAh)?

Either check your mod using another cell or use a DMM (digital multimeter) to see if your cell is charged.

In general it is recommended you buy a charger for charging your cells. Get the best charger that you can reasonably afford. Statistically most battery incidents occur while charging. Pila, Xtar, and Nitecore Intellicharger are the most recommended brands.

Humm, do you have a spare to test the mod with?I recommend charging batteries outside the unit with intelli charger 4. it will quickly charge 4 batteries at once. what kind of battery is the one your using? I'm assuming it's removable right? they usually don't come fully charged..you have to be careful and purchase genuine batteries.so many counterfeit ones going around! contact seller immediately, ask for a refund or new battery if it's a trust worthy brand..

This is a process of elimination thing. It could be the wall wart, cord, charging port on the mod, or the battery. These kind of problems crop up all the time...that's why it is important to have a backup for everything.

Here is a good travel charger for a single battery. Everyone should have a backup charger.
