I swap batteries every morning before work and every evening after work with my mini 2.1 lol! I guess that makes sense since I'm right around 3ml during work and 3ml in the evening. And the vapor production is very noticeable once I drop below like 3.65V and I start freaking out like omg I don't want to break my spring! I don't have a backup!

I'm using about the same as you on my grand, one bottle and one battery per 24hour period. The battery usually measures around 3.85V when I swap it out. I've been thinking about getting a mini 2.1 for work, where the smaller size would be an advantage for me. Maybe even a 18490 Woodvil...

BTW - low battery voltage won't hurt your spring, its only there for if you get a hard short somewhere, for example a shorted atty or coil wire. The spares I carry at work are some cotton and a spare atty, just in case!

Congratulations, redhosmer! :) I'm that wife...my husband first found the Reos over 3.5 years ago and I wasn't that interested until he handed me one. I joined ECF after I got mine....er...never gave his back to be honest.

Photon9, low battery voltage won't cause a short...all it does is shorten the overall life of the battery. So don't worry....you're going to be okay. :)
