Literally hundreds of millions of electronic devices using Li batteries use on board charging. Most of them are cell phones but there are 10s of millions of other devices as well. What makes vape devices differrent from all the others?
Pretty soon mods will come with wheels built on so they can be moved by one person. How about a backpack mod?

The rx200 didn't have proper balance charging. Until tests clearly show that the rx300 has balance charging I wouldn't charge through usb. Even if, I'd charge externally whenever possible. Charging heats up the batteries and it's better to not have them encased when doing this.
