I don't know if I could post this here but as our situation here is unique I thought I share some of my experience with the newbies who begin or trying to start vaping.
The obvious question is always "How do I get my hands on a so and so". The answer, if any at all depending on where you post will either be get 5 post go to "sgvapers" and hopefully someone will point you to the right direction or you'll be ask to look around and do some research. No matter what you do, you'll hit a wall (for most of us), you either can't find any information because not everyone is forum savvy, or when you asked, no info is forthcoming.
Thus the filtration begins, this are just a few example because for every individual their situation differs, some people give up easy, some not so, and some just don't have the bloody patience or the utilities to look up on every single thread and read page by page just to get a gleam of what is going on. So some like me pass the filtration process, then comes the 2nd filtration which is Luck.
If you are lucky, you'll get your hands on a pv and some liquid. So you start vaping and your liquid supplies dwindles, or your limited hardware malfunction and is unfixable not matter how handy you are at tinkering, now you are officially in the 3rd stage of filtration process which is Logistic. So what do you do? Personally I myself is stuck at this stage, but just like a good puzzle I tackle the problem at different angle, everyday and most of my waking moments nowadays I spent, I try to solve it.
How is all this wall of text is going to help you? I guess it all comes down to why do you want to vape? Is it worth the wrath of the law? Can you afford the consequences? I've seen people who think they do but when comes time of reckoning they cannot afford to.
For me, Health. Recently I found a reason to stop this slow suicidal tendency but those coffin sticks are going to do me in if I don't stop, if its not already too late. Can I afford to deal with the consequence when my luck runs out? Well either my health luck runs out, or my other luck do. Maybe both. But what I do know is I can deal with the latter not the first.
Back on topic, life is a river of filtration some get stuck at stages where they can or will not pass. What I've learn is nobody is going to help you handle every curve ball. Info that is freely handed out or easily accessible is call "common knowledge" , the real good info or trick of the trades have to be either earned or learned. Ask yourself this would you hand out your info to everyone who asked? Really? It have to depend on my mood and the tone that said person is asking in.
I wish all aspiring vapers or beginner vapers find the right reason to vape or not to. There's no right or wrong in this issue other than the said factors I've brought out. Good luck and enjoy while it last.
