My Ody is screwed tight onto my collector tank and will not come off

Can you loosen the battery tube?

Try a couple of rubber jar openers or wide rubber bands, I have had to do this with my Ody's to clean them

put them for 15 minutes in the refrigarator,without the battery
then try to unscrew them,
but for best grip,try rubber cloves

Yes that works. I freezed my ody and heated the tank than i can unscrew the ggts base.

Had the same problem once, pliers and done if you dont want to scratch it just put some rubber on the tips a guy here once suggested to use the plastic that comes with cartomizers.

+1 for the pliers with cartomizer's condoms. This method works all the time for me
