Small issue,

2 of the Micromizer x7's are dead (tested at 34 and 42 ohm)

1 of the eGo xl type "B" attomizers is dead. Tests at infinite resistance.

Well, I'll be contacting you're HD, I ordered on Dec 6th and nothing yet. Why does it take so long? Offer you're customer better shipping service at a reasonable price if you want to keep customers. This will be my last order from you, it's not worth the wait TBH. I was joking about the slow boat from China but it is not funny anymore.

Hit their website, put an order together, and when you go to checkout, it will give you shipping costs (Based on what you ordered; size and quantity.)

I ordered about the same time and have not received it but are you serious . Thats your opinion . Long shipping from china is a fact . Order anything on ebay from china . Its always 14-30 days . Its not Hc's fault thats just the way it is ordering from china . Its also that the china gov screens every package before it leaves the country so it can stay there for a week or more before even shipping . Then it gets here and has to be screened by US customs which is another wait . If you have a problem with that FACT then dont order from overseas . You could have went with EMS shipping and you would have had it in 5 days but you didnt . Not HC's fault .

Hey buddy, I couldn't give a rats ... what you think . I had stuff shipped to me and I myself shipped to and from all over the world and never, I mean never had to wait 30 - 50 days!. I could be dead by then! If you want to wait that long, that's up to you sucker. Like I said, I will not be dealing with this company, ever again. Jesus, an email from them takes long.

Their shipping policy stinks like Chinese fish. Yes, I could have used their "EMS" method, but why?..You see how much that cost to ship to the US?..no thanks. The other option is using their first class registered mail and wating 30-50 days?, For that, I'll stick to buying my stuff here in the USA. By the time you take into account the $$ you spent on shipping, you ain't saving a thing. So what's the hype with HC? I don't see any advantage ordering with them, it'll cost the same or more if their are going to charge that much for express shipping. Give the customer better shipping price on EMS and will talk..Right now, it cost too much. I can see they are learning our capitalist ways when it comes to $$$

Also, don't assume I don't know anything about shipping matters reagarding overseas, YOU don't know me so just stick to yr opinions about HC, If you like them, fine, like I said I DON"T, Do you have a problem with that?

I've ordered from Health Cabin in the past, and usually get my package within two weeks. I placed an order on December 19th, and paid $16 for EMS shipping. I didn't mind because I ordered a bunch of Joye 306 LR atties on clearance for $3 each. The package arrived TODAY. I am very pleasantly surprised. I hadn't even bothered to track the package yet, because with the holidays I didn't plan on seeing this until January. Does this mean that I will expect every order to reach me in five days? Of course not, because the package could get hung up in Customs (or it could end up in Post Office limbo), and that is no fault of Health Cabin's.

I will definitely order from HC again, I'm very satisfied with their products and getting my order this quickly was a nice early Christmas gift.

Glad you guys have had good experiences with HC. I just placed an order last night. Had a feeling the site might be fake cuz of the awesome prices haha. I had to pretend like i knew chinese for the checkout process because I couldn't get the page to display in English. Hopefully I input the proper information. Anyone else have this problem? haha.
2-2.5 weeks from china to the states/jersey seems about right. usually doesnt take more than 14 days for me. Sometimes it takes over a week for me to get a first class package from Cali...now thats unacceptable...

for those who blamed the late arrival of their packages/parcels from any suppliers in China..can be simply explained by the tracking system..one can see where the delays are..as yr parcel/package leave the factory and onward bound to 2 staging posts for sortie be4 the parcel/package embarked on the outward journey to the country of destination..yr parcel/package scanned and checkover by yr custom and once released by custom,the country postal system/courier service takes over upon delivery..yr parcel/package to yr front door..in the festive period like Xmas in US/Europe..their postal services are swamped with huge amount of work and inevitable delays getting yr delivery of parcel/package.

I am from Malaysia..i have 4 separate parcels from Healthcabin..i recd 2 /4 in 7 days(this is a record for me,usually my package takes 10 days to almost 3 weeks) and the other 2 on the way to me..i do tracked all my parcels once i being given a tracking no and see the progress as my parcel passed through the stages of event..i praise Healthcabin for their prompt service getting my parcel out within 1 day i placed my order..their part is done as my parcel handled by the shipper and because my country is a muslim country our mail sailed through much quicker during the Xmas period than in US & Europe..so please dont blame Healthcabin not doing their job..in sending out yr order,the delays is unavoidable during festive season depending on the country's postal system..wishing every1 A Merry Xmas and Happy Vaping New Year..best wishes mafig ps member in Malaysia forum also faced the same delay as U,still in limbo the package shipped on the 6th dec from USA yet to arrived in Malaysia
