My order hasn’t been shipped and I tried getting in touch with customer service but they won’t answer the phones and won’t respond to my emails. How can I cancel my order and get a refund? Order number V100228294

Normally pretty quick, it depends on your bank, we reversed the transaction so hopefully very soon if not already.

Can you double check to make sure that it was cancelled and refunded because it’s been 24 hours and it still hasn’t gone through when the shipping refund took alittle over 12 hours?

No problem, I've double checked and it was definitely processed.
