I got my order in today and my atty has been used?

Used or still damp with the primer they all come with?

There was filling stuck in the middle of the atty and it was damp with oder, anyways I chated with them they said they test them first so its still weird. It does not hit good at all compaired to the one I got from innovapor.

On some models (i.e. Joye 510) there are supposed to be white filaments under and protruding from the atomiser bridge. Ocassionally the atomisers take a cartridge or two to get up to speed and to burn off the primer that is put there at the factory to keep the atomiser lubricated.
