I just posted a new blog!

In my opinion, e-cigarette companies have no business making equivalency claims between their products and cigarettes. Doing so is fundamentally misleading, and we’ve banned any company that wishes to be part of ECF from doing so since 2008. Why is this misleading? It is completely obvious that vapers don’t use e-cigarettes as they do cigarettes. [...]

Good post ... ALL new people starting vaping to get off analogs should read this ... should KNOW this.

when i started vaping... i was on about a 1/3 pack a day habit.
12 mg was where i was "supposed" to be at ... according to some articles online
- my as$

started at 24mg cuz the gas station disposables at 18 and 16 not cutting it.
however, now that 3 weeks has gone by, i've just managed to step down to 18mg
from 24 mg.

untested information should be very very frowned upon by this new community.
I was worried for first week of vaping cuz of my higher nicotine needs against these types of posts.
however, due to many many overwhelming responses about listening to my body, i've "gotten over"
the fallacy.
If you smoke a pack a day (talking inhaling and not just puffing), then you'd prolly need at least 24mg nicotine
but i'd wager higher to stay off the analogs.

How much would i wager? :2c:

Happy Vaping and Be Healthy.

I was never "addicted" to cigarettes and mostly only smoked out of boredom while working or waiting idly for someone/something. My analog usage would fluctuate depending on what was going on in my life. And I was able to quit at any time for a few months to a year at a time.

When I started vaping it was with Chinatown cig-a-likes and I got them in order to substitute my cancer stick usafe. The package said 18mg and that actually made me want a red more. When I got an ego I vaped 0 mg for a while but that only kept me entertained for the feeling of inhaling something and then I upped it to 24mg. The 24mg burned for some reason and was difficult to vape. I went to 6mg, then 12mg, and for now I'm happy at 18mg.

I feel like it's something people have to try for themselves. Not all cigarettes deliver the same level of nicotine.
