Anyone else have an issue with this? The screw that holds the plastic piece in place behind the battery cover has sheared the tip off so it doesn't tighten down all the way? I have emailed Rob for a replacement but anyone else have this issue?

I don't recall hearing of that one before. Glad you've got a replacement on the way though. 
Never had that happen but you should not tighten that screw very tight. It should just be snug. Luckily it was the screw & not the threads in the body which does not have a very deep thread. I always use a miniture screw driver, witb a full size screw driver you risk putting too much torque on very easily without realizing it.
Ill take a closer look at it and see if I have stripped the body. Thanks for the quick reply.
