Hamilton, Oh
Let me start this off by saying, I'm an experienced vaper. Been happily vaping now since early 2009. I've had all sorts of e-cigs/mods ect. I wont go into to much detail on that, You get the idea.

I've been patently waiting for a company to come out with a cigarette size device that actually performs well, not the usual wimpy vapor, weak TH ect. To me it doesn't matter how flashy or "cool" looking a mod is, I still find myself trying to stealth vape with them. We got a lot of crackheads and .... addicts in my area, so puffing on some strange object just looks suspect.

I had my eye on the "bloog" e-cigs for a little while, but was hesitant to pull the trigger thanks to the price tag. When I heard people compare these to the bloog, and even say its the same product with different labeling, I got excited.

I'm gonna go ahead and get to the point here, as I can never find the right things to say when I write these. I LOVE this thing!

I went ahead and placed my order on Thursday night, I purchased the premium starter kit and 6 additional packs of cartos. Got my package today and I've been using this as my main PV for the last 6 hours. (will update thread if I run into problems with it). Everything was well packaged with bubble wrap and arrived in good shape. However, there was a note included saying they were out of boxes. So no flashy little cardbord box for my kit :( (I'm weird, I love neat little boxes). So that was kind of a bummer, but... also in the note they wrote me, was a coupon code for a discount on my next purchase, simply because they couldn't include the box! :2cool:

But yeah, this device is simply awesome! Its sleek and stylish, yet actually preforms very well. I got one pack of cartos in every flavor they offer minus the 555 (never liked it from anyone else) and I actually like each flavor. The grape, the RY4 and Marl are especially good in my opinion. These cartos offer such a nice warm and full vape, I'm at least 3x more impressed than I thought I would be.

The PCC is really a neat little device, a bit on the flimsy side it seems but we'll see how it holds up. The passthru preforms as expected, slightly warmer vape than the batteries. Also included in my order (haven't heard anyone mention them in their reviews) was a baggy full of the slip on rubber carto tips. The cartos I got feature the old plastic tips with the little rubber inner piece, but with the rubber tips included I can pop those out and use the rubber ones. For some reason after popping in the rubber tip, the carto seems to preform just a hair better, maybe its all in my head, who knows.

Overall I am very impressed with "The Volt". It would certainly make a great device for new vapors, or vets looking for something a bit more sleek, that can still deliver your fix.

mine came yesterday and I vaped it all night to test it out and I must say it works really good, I got about 2 1/2 to 3 hours of heavy from the 78mm batteries and the prefilled 555 had a really good flavor and a lot of vapor, but when I filled the blanks with my own juice I got masive amounts of vapor I'm very impressed. it wont replace my Reo's but for hands free vaping when your playing a video games definitely the way to go.

I just got my Volt this morning in the mail (I ordered it Saturday so two days...wow!) and I am VERY impressed thus far! My first PV was the eGo and already I like the Volt MUCH better. The first thing I couldn't believe after putting on my first carto was how light the unit was. It is just about the same length as a 100's cigarette (about 1/4" longer with the 68mm bats), and feels remarkably comfortable between my two fingers as well as my lips. The non-slip coating on the battery is also a nice touch. When I took my first hit off of it I was in awe. The TH, vapor production, and taste were REALLY good (and this was with a prefilled carto of 555 and I don't know what ratio of PG/VG they use on their prefills). The PCC is also very neat and stylish and fits comfortably in my pocket.

I did a lot of research before I ordered my Volt and I am glad I did. I was all ready to buy the BMF and pay the ridiculous shipping charges from Bloog when the Volt was recommended to me by multiple people (thanks everyone! haha). My only regret now is that my eGo will probably become a paperweight lol! Awesome product and so far (only been 7 hours) I love it. Can't wait to fill up a carto with some Boba's and see how it does! :p

What is the diff btwn the 78mm and 65mm batteries (other than length)?

Hi UrbanZexy, The other difference it the amount of time they last. I "think" I get about 1.5 hrs on the 65mm chain vaping and about 2.5 on the 78mm chain vaping. I don't pay too much attention since I have several (great prices) and keep a few charged while I'm using the others.

There is a thread in the suppliers forum where you can ask questions and get answers about anything Smokeless Image. Look forward to seeing you there.

I am thinking of purchasing this today. After much ECF stalking I think this is the one I want to get started with. I will probably end up getting a Riva down the line, too.

How are you all still liking the Volt now that some time has passed?

YES! YES!
I have had my volt for quite awhile, and I still use it as my only PV. I love the grape!

I like the 65 myself. They are shorter in size, so that makes them lighter. I have just stuck to them because they are smaller, and at about $13, its easy to buy one in all the different colors so that I can identify which flavor is in the cart that is attached to them.

It is the only PV I have used since the day it arrived. I just can't say enough good things about the Volt! Just last week SI got a new shipment of various colored batteries in so I went ahead and ordered two spares (red and yellow). I placed the order Thursday morning and Saturday morning it was in my mail box. SI's service is just amazing! The upkeep on my Volt over my eGo took a little getting use to at first (battery swapping, having to carry extra cartos, etc), but it has been no problem and my eGo has now become a paperweight lol!

I love it, and I think you will too... ;)
