My two year anniversary!

I almost forgot to post because we just got back from vacation. It's been two years since I've had even a puff of a cigarette. I'm grateful for ecigs and for all the helpful people here on ECF! Here's to year 3.

So, do you think you've completely regained your sense of smell and taste? I'm coming up on nine months and I still don't think mine's all quite there.

I don't really know. It's better than it was. I smoked for almost 25 years, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was some permanent damage done. sense of taste and smell can fade with age too, so hard to tell what the baseline should be.

I'm using 12 mg/ml, sometimes 10.
