I placed my first ever online order for ejuice with this vendor and I also ordered some ce2s for my 808. I received the order three days after I placed it. I was super stoked that my order arrived so fast. I opened the box with the ce2s though and discovered that they sent ones for a 510 instead. Contacted them about it and before I could even wonder if it was going to be cleared up fast I received an email that the correct item had already been placed in the mail and was on its way. Two days later the correct item arrived along with some freebie sampler juice flavors. They did not ask for me to send the wrong item back before correcting the issue they just made it right as fast as humanly possible. The juice I purchased from them is wonderful as well though I have yet to try the cin a bun (fear of melting clearos). Let me compare MVS with another vendor I placed an order with at a later date (because I am new I am still hunting flavors so made the idiot decision of going to a different vendor). In the time it took MVS sent my initial order then fix it and resend the corrected item the other vendor has yet to even ship. Guess what I plan on doing from here on out..... I will be going back to MVS. They have ruined me and made me feel like I do not have to have the patience of a monk to place online orders. Thanks guys for the superb customer service.:D
