So my wife had her rig and backup stolen from a customer (she thinks anyway) at work. She works as a server in a restaurant and got her nemmy, kayfun, itaste VV/VW and nautilus snagged. She brought the VV/VW since her 18650 was dying and at the end of her shift she had her things (rigs included) sitting on the bar area and ran to the bathroom thinking her co workers would keep eyes out (guess she thought wrong huh?). Well while she was gone someone snagged it. She thinks it was a customer since she doesn't work with any other smokers or drug addict types or anything.

So now I have to save up some money to get her a new kayfun and mod and battery. She is thinking about maybe getting a VW device instead of a mech but wants to be able to sub ohm. Now our money is very tight so I am trying to get opinions on a good VW mod that can sub ohm that is reasonable (as in cheap as possible). For right now she is using my rig and I am using an ego and another nautilus we have while at work and we will be sharing my nemmy and kayfun when we are both home. I am hoping to have the money within a couple weeks to replace her things so I do have sometime to research, I just want your guys opinions since you are the experts!

Doesn't it suck that people feel the need to steal? I wonder if they would have still taken it had they realized just how important to a vaper there rig is. It is really the thing that keeps them alive if you want to get right down to it. I wish I could find the person, not to attack them but to explain to them that the thing they stole was something that was helping prolong her life. I wonder what they would say? Bleh people suck sometimes.

Thank you guys and gals!

She wants to avoid the box style, but obviously she can't be too picky as it all comes down to dollars and cents. I have heard good things about that things though and wanted to try one for myself. If I am sharing with her maybe she will be nice enough to share with me :D

I don't have either, but the Seven 22 and Seven 30 seem to have a good reputation, but they are 26650 mods, so much larger then say......a Nemesis.

There is also the Sigelei 20 watt and 30 watt, and they are 18650 mods. Not the best in the looks department, but that's just me.

I thought the same thing till I got mine, I actually prefer the box shape now. Much easier to set down without falling over or rolling away.
I run Kayfuns on a Cloupor 30 watt box all day at work and can throw a dripping atomizer on when I get home.

I know you said she doesn't like box mods but point her in the direction of one of them. The Hana, Hana clones and the IPV2 are pretty nice sized. And if your handy and have the time you could build a true DNA 30 for about $70 at the links below. Vaporshark.com has some nice 30W box mods as well utilizing the Evolv DNA 30 that are even smaller but the price is up close to $200.00

Case, connector and switches for $20.43
$20.43 DIY Enclosure Case for HANA MODZ Pack DNA 30 Style Mod - 1*18650 / aluminum / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

and the Evolv DNA 30 is on sale with ecf5off coupon code for $47.49
DNA30D Board w/ USB Passthrough Charger

I just got the ipv2 50 watt and love it! Give it a Google and see what you think of it. It's 109 dollars from watts up.its got the yihi sx 330 v2 chip. I get great vapor and consistent vape with my fogger 4.1 rba. This mod is built great and I think she would like it. It vapes down to .2. Takes one 18650 battery. It has touch sensor firing as well as traditional firing.you can adjust the wattage in increments of one. You will get a consistent vape all the way to 50 watts. Ohm reader is spot on.displays volts, ohms, and wattage. The unit itself is suprisingly light.it won't disapoint! Have her take a look at it and see if she's interested. I really love mine.!!

I recommend a Provari. I haven't sub ohm with it, but I seen people do it

I love my Provari. But sub ohm capable, it is not. I do not recommend the Provari based on what you said you wanted.

The Clouper Cana clones or ipv2 50 watt are probably your best bet to fit your needs. The Clouper is the cheaper of the two, at around $70, while the ipv2 is around $110.

The Sigelei 30 watt is also a good choice that is a tube style. But it is a long mod.

I'm not fond of the box mod aesthetics, also, but I honestly love the vape my Clouper gives me.

Good luck! And that sucks that your wife got her rig stolen. Hope whoever did it puts a fresh battery and sub ohm coil, then forgets to cap it as they take their first hit!
