My XL chrome battery....

Why oh Why Is it doing this to me? It works sometime just to tease me. It stops working so I put it on the charger....It blinks like it is going to start charging and then blinks about six times and the charger turns green. Is my wonderful xl chrome really gone or is there hope for me? Why would it start doing this??? I need some of you wonderful vape veterans to enlighten me. Is it time to let go? But..But he is so young.

I have a charger that does that, it turned out to NOT be a problem with the batts. I changed chargers and all was fine. I hope this is it for you as well. Do you have a PT too???? Can't live without those.

At first I thought it might be the charger but it charges all of my other batts. just fine. I just dont understand why it works sometimes and then just....stops working. There have been a few times when I was just going to toss it.. but tried it again and it would worked. Its out to get me.8-o

Try soaking the carto end in 1/2" of alcohol overnight then blow it out from the LED end and see if that makes it happier.

Thanks Saw....I will try that. I have cleaned it with a alcohol pad but have not soaked it. Thanks for the replies.

Oh I feel your pain! I love my extra long chrome so much I got another and both are working fine. But it will be sad when one goes to vaping heaven...Good luck hope you get it fixed!

My 5 XLs work fine, but I do notice that if I vape the batts dry, the charging process is a bit weird. The batts don't blink, and the charging lights turn red, then right back to green. When I check everything a while later, the lights have gone back to red and stay that way until the batts are fully charged. Either way, they do charge fully.

I hope your situation works out. I just ordered two chromes myself this weekend to seek an Olympic medal. Go Team Jeffree!

HEY! I just blew thru the LED end of a tight-dragging batt I happen to be on at this very moment, and WALLA. Is all airy again!

Thanks Saw! I soaked it..made sure it was dry..put it on the charger, and it didn't blink crazy and just charged fully. I am vaping on it now. This forum rocks! Thanks again saw.
