I just wanted to tell everyone about Chris at My Freedom Smokes and his customer service, it goes well beyond any thing Ive ever experienced. I ordered a 500 ml bottle of unflavored juice and after two weeks it still hadn't arrived so i shot him an email asking him for any tracking info he might have. He got back to me very fast and tracked the package himself and it wasn't good info, unfortunately. post office had lost my package, and he offered to replace it no charge, i have never been so pleasantly surprised by a company's customer service before, he truly cares about his clients. he sent a new bottle to me right away, and he didn't charge me a dime, i just wanted to share this with every one, the juice is amazing quality but the customer service is even better!

They have some *wonderful* juices. I'd highly recommend the English Toffee and Keoke Coffee in extra-strength. Nirvana.
