    If you made an account with them, you may be able to look up your orders and see if it shipped. Sometimes sites won't send tracking and can be found in your account. Been a while since I ordered from them, so don't remember how they do it.

    How long ago did you place your order? Also, as @Bonskibon noted, you should be able to track the status of your order through your account.

    Sorry to hear your problem, if you can not get redress after a reasonable length of time, could post in:
    Reviews of Suppliers - Negative
    Any vape vendor that fails to provide a customer care phone number is specious in my book. I would rather pay a little more money and know I can contact a real person if a problem arises. The rating of this company could be better. Could see ref. below.
