Name that tank

Can anybody remember what the name of this tank is ? I know its European and I think it came out around 2012

Ok I finally remembered its a A.R.T. Julia the thread can be closed now Its a really cool tank if you like messing with something lots of options configurations exct..... but I think it was a shooting star and burned out quickly.
