was playing around and saw that i had some pistachio that ive never used. whipped this up on a whim.
its very interesting with no steeping. i think it will only get better with time. anyway, i cant think up a name for it, so please help!
if you have any suggestions for substitutes or additions, please chime in.

Actually sounds like it would taste kinda' like a Pistachio salad that a small grocery near me sells.

It's some kind of pudding Constancy stuff with a pistachio flavor, but it would be missing the pineapple this stuff has.

So, I'd probably call it Waddel's Pistachio salad without pineapple. I'd probably label it WPSwoP and call it P-Swop.

But then again I have a recipe I call NSIC and it has nothing to do with NCIS. It's because I tried to make a strawberry ice cream and while it tastes nothing like strawberry ice cream, it's damn good. So....Not Strawberry Ice Cream is it's name... and I still have no idea what it taste like, just that I like it.

Well, with pineapple, I'd just call it pistachio salad.

Actually sounds darn good. Please pass me the recipe if it pops for you. Sounds like something I may have to try.

(Next mixing session is going to be for an old friend's wife, so it may be a couple mixing sessions before I get to try for stuff I'm interested in.)
