I participated in a competition last week for the chance to review some new tobacco flavors from goodejuice. I thought that I would have a choice, but, no, they sent me what they wanted me to review.
I was raised in Louisiana and had always heard that perique was a STRONG tobacco and was hesitant to try it. I like tobaccos, but usually they end up in the "too sweet" or "too blah" file. The bottle that they sent me was 12mg 50/50 PG/VG. (I usually vape 18-24mg.) I also continue to use analogs once in a while. I ran out of analogs yesterday and have been wanting a couple more since I got up.
I got the package from goodejuice this afternoon. Since I was apprehensive about the perique, I went for that one first. It's not an "in your face" flavor. I was surprised at the smoothness. It doesn't have a burning tobacco taste, but it DOES taste like tobacco. There's a little "bite" at the end, but it doesn't taste like peppers like so many do. Nice vapor, and excellent throat hit (although I don't like a juice that makes the back of my throat feel like it's peeling away.)

I forgot to add that since I started dripping the perique, I haven't had an urge for an analog. And this is only 12mg!
