I love those NR-R-NR coil wires. Your absolutely correct Bill, recoiling Evod's with them is great. Cuts down on leaks and gurgling where the legs don't heat up like with just Kanthal wire.

I too tried hemp. It didn't thrill me. Same with eko-wool. I stick with Kho Gen Do organic cotton for micro-coil 26-29ga builds on all my RBAs/RTAs and four-strand silica on the 100 pre-wound standard coils/wicks I bought from fasttech for 4¢ each (1.5 ohm, 32ga kanthal), which are great for renewing EVOD-style clearo heads.

Finally something I can actually add to the conversation that might be helpful Information . . .

JUST AN FYI:

You can find "CelluCotton" in many places (even rebranded), however the best place is at "Sally's Beauty Supply" since they offer it at a very reasonable price and Ya' can get it at 10' & 500' lengthens: Graham CelluCotton Cotton Coil (Usually less then what Ya even can find on Amazon) . . . BTW: If "You" know someone (usally a professional hairstylist/cosmetologist) with a "Sally's Membership" Card Ya' can get it even for less . . . ;)

Also - I know all too well that the "CC" that is extremely absorbent and holds on to liquids very well, especially since that is what it was made to do and to keep toxic/harmful chemicals from dripping down hairlines and into peoples eyes (BTW: "CC" is also used as the base for "Kleenex" Tissues, in place of surgical cottons in many places, and in female hygiene products - so "You" know it will be absorbent . . .). . .

So - Everyone PLEASE BE CAREFUL ! ! !

Just Sayin' . . . ;)

I was going to order the 10' for $2, but changed my mind when the shipping made it $8. Still not that much total, but I'm pretty broke these days so it'll have to wait. Will give it the Cellu a try when I can.

Well - There are 2 "Sally's" Stores that came up with their store locator for "Fargo":

MOORHEAD/MN (2.5 miles)
Near: PAYLESS SHOE SOURCE
3230 HWY. 10 EAST
MOORHEAD, MN 56560-2524
Phone: (218) 233-4640

FARGO/ND (4.5 miles)
Near: PESTMART
1630-B.E. 13TH AVE
WEST FARGO, ND 58078
Phone: (701) 277-1684

BTW: Almost any Beauty Supply Store should also carry the product too . . . AND - I read in a number of threads that are discussing "CC" that there are people willing to share some of what they have (fits in an envelope very easily) . . . Just Sayin' . . .;)

Thanks, I'll check out local stores to see if I can pick some up for a few bucks. Cellucotton looks promising.

Looks like Ahlusion is not offering their House Blend tobaccos anymore and CHB was my ADV. Anyone point me towards a cherry tobacco similar to theirs?

Have you tried any of the other cherry tobaccos in Ahl's non-aro line? Their site doesn't work on my phone, but I think there's a Cherry River Tree and Cherry Wild Wood?

I like their vanilla wild wood and caramel wild wood enough I can vape them occasionally. The cherry wild wood and cherry river tree was not even vapable IMO. I am very picky and went through hundreds of dollars of juice I just gave away or threw in the trash before I found their CHB. Sucks to have your ADV for over a year just disappear and this is the third time I have had it happen!!

Now I'm sad. I really enjoy brandy once in a while.

Was the cigar brandy-flavored or did you use an adjunct like St. Remy or another VSOP?

I'll bet a dollar I don't have that you make the recipe even better the second time around.

Also, email your recipes to yourself. That's a short-term solution for not having a HDD backup.

But yeah, writing it down can work, unless you're me and write things down on scraps of paper you find 5 years later.

Then it's a giant fail.

With email, you can at least put "DIY RECIPE #1", ect. in the title and you don't have to worry about losing it, because it's stored on your email provider's server.

Not that I fully trust any email provider to keep my conversations or content safe, however.

But it's a start.

Yeah, your F@H score means you've gotta be running dual GPUs or one heck of a fast single GPU.

1000w PSU or higher, or multiple PCs?

(Antec EA-650 here with an HD6850, a little dated but runs everything well).

At any rate, only Intel SSDs passed the "won't fail" tests I've seen most recently (several months ago) and are a bit pricier, perhaps due to this being published somewhere I cannot recall.

Have it backed up, put it on Onedrive/Dropbox, and email it to yourself.

I've heard that when they remove stuff from their line-up, it's still possible to order, as long as they have the ingredients to do it. I wonder if dropping the House Blend line means they'll stop making that extract though. Send them an email asking if you can still order your CHB. Or maybe they'll be willing to work with you at coming up with a replacement.

The company that distributes Cellucotton has both rayon and cotton under that brand name so be sure you are getting rayon. There is also a reinforced rayon that has a paper strip in the middle of the rope that is easily removed.

I bought a lot of wordup juice last time we tried vaping. Flue Cured was a favorite. B&H was good too.

Noooo!!! I love regular House Blend. It's a great semi-desserty hybrid and kind of shares a similar quality to all of the really desserty ones I like in that line (Desperado, Smooth Criminal, Deal Maker). It frankens very well with others too. I'll have to see if I can stock up a bit next Ahl order.

I've been looking for a really tobacco-forward caramel NET. How so is Caramel WW? I've never had any in the WW line.

I doubt that Caramel Wild Wood is what you're looking for. While not a TINO or small-font tobacco, the tobacco is definitely not "forward." The taste of the tobacco is a pleasing NET, but it's not center-stage. The star of CWW is the soft caramel that oozes into every part of the vape.

Thanks, Bill. I'm thinking GeJ's style is what I'm looking for. I wish they made a caramel.
