Drippers are easier to take care of the coil than clearos for dry burning and/or changing wicks. Having to dry burn once a day instead of every few days isn't so bad if you have a device that makes that quick and easy. You also won't be constantly cooking the juice which changes it's flavor, as you mentioned the juice going from golden to muddy brown. Plus, dripping just provided the best possible flavor, in my experience. Nothing wrong with using clearos with NETs, several here do, but there's not much you can do about the performance issues other than accepting them.
Nothing at HHV will be similar to GeJ's Analog. Totally different style and flavor of juice. HHV is the patisserie of NET vendors (line stolen from Bill) with sweeter, dessert tobaccos while GeJ is more authentic tobacco. The most cig/straight tobacco leaning offerings from HHV though would be Huntsman, Dark Horse, and Gaia.
