Hi, Mr. Mann. I came here to offer my congratulations on your one year vapiversary....I always post in the new veteran's welcome thread, but I was late posting because I have been in bed with an upper respiratory infection that kicked me royally. So belatedly I say......

getting a lot of cinnamon from this... tasty vape IMO.... this is with zero steeping... cant wait till this baby settles down, I can tell it's going to be awesome!

K got that out of the way lol. Some really cool posts to read tonight. First off Bill, holy crap. I'm holding off buying because I have around 500ml, enough for several months, but here your counting in LITERS and YEARS. I feel much better so thank you lol.

Cats, I really enjoyed reading your posts and am impressed by your candidness. I relate to about everything you said. Alcohol hasn't achieved the point of neutrality for me yet, but it's closer than it's ever been. The desire is gone, temptation virtually non-existant. The fear of going back is still there, but at a level that for now is probably healthy. My issue with not vaping alcohol drink flavored vapes isn't fear of temptation or relapse. It has to do with not being able to enjoy them yet because the reality and destruction of my actions is still fairly recent (8 months since last drink, tho years working in a recovery program) and I can't vape them passively without thinking of that. It's easy to avoid those flavors tho because I never drank for taste (one exception being absinthe) and don't even care that much for the flavors of rum, whiskey, ect. Take care all.

Thanks Jerms! 8 months is huge man, congrats. Getting sober was one of the best things I ever did. I can totally understand where you are coming from and I agree that it sounds like you have a healthy fear at this point. Happy for you man. Keep it up. I just took 4 yrs in sept.

Lord willing, and I don't pick up before then, Jan 18th will mark 20 years of sobriety for me. Tobacco doesn't affect your judgement. or tell you "It's OK, no one will notice" or It's OK, she didn't understand me anyways" or It's OK, jail ain't that bad".....
For me personally, the toughest part of getting sober was changing the way I think. There is an obsesive, compulsive behavior most alchoholics develop over the years. Stinking Thinking, as some call it, can be a tough character trait to overcome. And, it only take 1 or 2 fluid ounces of ethyl alchohol to regenerate what Dr. Silkwood once described as " The Phenomenon of Craving"
Tobacco, on the other hand, is more of a slow poisoning of the physical body (not that alchohol isn't). The stinking weed never effected my moods or thinking process, unless I ran out, of course. Niether vice is any good. They just attack you in different ways.

Very well then. I'll contact the vendor to see if I can get some info on thier ingredients and extraction process while I'm waiting for the steeping times to pass. If nothing else, Gandalf and Pirate's Booty showed me about steeping NETs !

Glad to see someone trying these. Hopefully the vendor will give you some info on them. True on the steeping, I have the My Hero NETs steeping and if I remember right Luce said they went from bland to really good in a couple weeks. I wonder why some NETs like Ahlusion's aromatic line are great right away and others, including Ahlusions non-aromatic NETs take time.

Awesome about the upcoming 20 years! That's a lot of days at a time. Agreed about the changing the way we think, very tough but even more rewarding. The only thing I had to change was pretty much everything.

I wonder why some NETs like Ahlusion's aromatic line are great right away and others, including Ahlusion's non-aromatic NETs take time.

The only thing I can think of is how they are extracted. Aromatics are in a class of their own.

New Year's Eve vape: Cigarillos Naturales by El Toro I am going to have to buy my own bottles of this and also of Puros. Very clean, nicely nutty, ever so slightly sweet. This is tobacco done properly.

I am specifically interested in Cigare de Paris, Virginia Prime, and Papillon Organic Tobacco. And possibly Caramel Cream, because I love me a good caramel

Just checked it out. O yeah, that's why I was never interested, that's the one located in the UK lol. I have no experience in international shipping, hopefully it's not too much. Saying that the tobacco is organic tells you.. well.. almost absolutely nothing. Saying the pg, vg, and flavors are FDA approved lets you know that... umm.. nothing as well. It was great of them to respond but it's a shame they didn't give any actual info. Would have been nice to find out at least the type of tobacco used and if they use different blends for the different flavors (highly doubt it based on website). Would make me a little leery of the juices but I wouldn't count them out yet. Them using artificial flavors doesn't worry me because I think most NETs with added flavors such as vanilla or maple go that route (I may be wrong on that).

I don't know, I really prefer words like Burley, Perique, Latakia etc or names of cigars or pipe blends in the name or description. Organic tells me nothing.

One things for sure; with my allergies, if this juice ain't right I'll know within 20 min. I'm just wondering if this is a Halo/NLV type thing, where the vendor claims certian 'proprietary priviliges' over thier juice mixtures.....
