Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Sup, Mr. Mann!? I am good, as always. I hope the same holds true for you and yours. :D

No problem. I decided to revisit VR, as it has been a while since I have had OldGuss' juices in my stash, and I saw the new Poker juices in their own category. Had to give them a try, and I am glad I did. I am not much of a cigar guy, but when I tatsed these new concoctions, I thought to myself that these embodied everything enjoyable about the taste of cigars. I am sure you will let us know what you think of them, right?

I took advantage of the 20% holiday sale at Want2Vape and got 9 tobaccos, including 4 Vapensteins. I would have bought some Acid Blondie, but I didn't know it was available by asking. Are all W2V tobaccos NETs? Or is it just the Vapenstein blends?

Planning on getting a sampler from EPipeMods when they come back in stock later this wekk, but those aren't NETs, so I shouldn't really mention those (Blasphemy!).

All of the premium W2V's are NETs, and while some include artificial flavorings (though I don't know which), you would never really be able to tell.

OK That means I got 5 juices that are not NETs...555.5, Morley, Rock Star, RY4, and Smokey Clove.

Be off with you then!

Joke:D Actually I adore Rock Star, and Morley is great for those I NEED A CIGARETTE RIGHT NOW moments. Love Red Pirate and Alcazar too.

Damn so many Net's Ive yet to try. W2V, HoL, Plume Room, Cravin Vapes, Vermillion River, MOV soon and Virgin Vapors(j/k). I'm sure there are some others as well. We need to get a spreadsheet together on google Docs or something with all of the worthy NET tobaccos and then have columns where we could check off what we've tried!

Some people really dig those, but I, I just don't. The one I could stand was Analog Mild, but that was solely based on the ability to "stand" it. I think billherbst really likes their RY4 and as you can see, Scarf digs some, too. They're are a toss-up.

Some of those juices taste like how I remember analog clone ecigs tasting.

I should add, that I can tell that Rock Star is not a NET. It tastes "clean" in that bright, high-keyed way. Our comrade Billherbst calls these "classic" when referring to RY4s.

Morley is disgusting in a very necessary and appealing way. I hope y'all understand what I mean ;)

I swear I must have gotten a mislabeled sample of Morley, because it smells and tastes sweet like BWB's 555e and Virginia. Every description I have read makes it sound like something totally different, so I'm pretty sure I had the wrong flavor.

Is your Morley bright yellow in color with a sweet aroma?

It is bright yellow, but the smell and taste is just about the furthest thing from "sweet" that I can imagine.

Then it must be mislabeled. I was very surprised when I tried it because the website said it was their analog replacement juice, and I have never heard anyone mention sweet when they talk about it. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I don't want to try the "real" version as you describe it.

Apropos of nothing, can I just say that I am both amused and a little frightened when websites described their tobaccos as FLU-cured rather than FLUE-cured?

Yum yum. Tasty tobacco with bonus influenza!

Talk about vendors paying attention to detail.:D

Since you use cartos exclusively, I wanted to ask you: how much of W2V's, GeJ's, and TPR's NETs can you run through a carto before you have to throw it away? I can hardly get through 1ml of most of them on clearos before they gunk up and require a wash and dry burn. How do you deal with this issue?

I have never had a problem with any of those vendors in my clear dual-coils. I had W2V Red Pirate, which I think is infamous for muckifying (neologism alert!) hardware, in a DCC for two weeks before it went blooey. And that was just because the plastic cracked, as is unfortunately the norm with those. The atomizer was still going strong. In mls, I would hazard a wildly ballpark guess...perhaps 10mls?

Contrast that with Red Pirate in a T3, which lasted, as you say, about a ML before it got all tarred up.

A kind mule is sending me some Resurrector cartomizers, which look just like the clear ones but made out of metal. If those work for NETs without the cracking of the clear DCCs, I will be sure to let you know.

Wow, I'll have to try a pack of those clear dual-coils. I've only used bottom coil cartos and had some really bad experiences, to the point of giving up on them completely. Perhaps the ones you mention can change my whole perspective on cartos.

Anyway, are there any other vendors out there that you have tried besides HHV that carry equipment friendly NETs? I'm beginning to think they're one of a kind in that regard.

Scarfy,

As you know (I think), I've not experienced the depth of clogging/mucking/encrusting with NETs that you have. Or perhaps you're just more vocal about it than I am. Or maybe I just don't give a damn. LOL.

Anyway, among my atomizing devices of choice are Ultimate CE2 XL clearos. Besides being relatively inexpensive (usually just a bit more than $2 each), long-lasting, and extremely tolerant of a wide voltage range (in all their resistances from 2.4 to 3.0, they perform beautifully at any voltage from 3.7 to 5 volts), the other great thing about them is that they have thicker, unbreakable plastic tubes. I get the clear ones, which are actually translucent, and when one of my Ultimate CE2s suffers a shorted-coil death, I wiggle off the tube and save it before tossing the guts into the trash. I did the same thing when I euthanized all my X7 XL Micromizers, which were a version of CE3 bottom coil clearos that sucked, except for the wonderful tubes.

Anyway, I use the tubes two ways. One is as drip tips for IKV i06 atties (they fit with perfect snugness). The other is as replacement tubes for all my clear Dual-Coil and Resurrector cartos. I don't even wait for those lousy, transparent thin tubes to crack anymore. I just pull 'em off and pitch 'em, replacing them with the unbreakable translucent CE2/X7 tubes, which last forever and get saved whenever a clearo dies.

I know this isn't especially relevant for you, but I post it to pose a question: If the Chinese carto/clearo manufacturers are smart enough to use these wonderful unbreakable tubes on Ultimate CE2s, why the hell do they continue to inflict on us those thin, brittle plastic tubes on Dual Coils and Resurrectors??? They must have huge inventories of the crappy hard-plastic cracky tubes that they can't afford to write off and have to keeping using. Or something less logical.

Anyway, before starting my Tube Replacement Program, I'd stopped using clear Dual Coils and Resurrectors entirely, since I hated those damned cracking tubes. Now clear Dualies and Ressies are back in my repertoire of atomizing devices.

Bill,

There's a reason why I am attached to my imperfect clear DCCs.

I have a deep, deep fear of burnt hits.

Laugh if you will, but one burnt/dry hit can do in my taste buds for hours at a time, as well as giving me a wretched sore throat.

The clear DCCs have never given me a dry hit. And that one feature makes them indispensable. The fact that they work well with NETs is a bonus ;)

Another thing to keep in mind: My vape "kit" is a light nylon Le Sportsac cosmetics bag. All of my PVs that I take with me to work get jumbled around. If your PVs are mostly stationary and don't get knocked about in bags or pocket, you'll get much longer life out of your clear DCCs.

Can you post a link to the clearos you are talking about?

After a month of steeping I finally get it! HHV Dragon's Fire rocks! Not too leafy like a lot of NETs but a definite tobacco presence. I thought everyone was crazy when I got my sample pack, Now I am reconsidering the two I kinda liked, Huntsman & Serendipity. Thanks for the great advice all, patience really is a virtue.

scarf,

You need not defend your choices to me. I am completely in favor of each one of us doing whatever works to make our vaping experience as good as it can be. That will be different from person to person, of course, and I don't require anyone to explain their reasons (although it's fine that you did).

Sure, they come in packs of five:

5 for $8.99US - HitLiquid - Ultimate CE2 XL clearos
5 for $9.85US - MyVaporStore Ultimate CE2 XL clearos

Ultimate CE2 XLs come with a sealing plug inside the tube that fits tightly over the coil cup covering the wicks, and a second o-ring seal on top of that. The trick to making them work brilliantly is to pull out and throw away the sealing plug with the syringe holes and just use the o-ring for a seal. That way, you can fill them without a syringe, you get no dry hits, and flavor/throat hit aren't muted. I wasn't sure I liked them at first, but once I discovered how to make them shine, they've been great. I try and use new devices as they come out---CE3s, Stardusts/CE4s, Kanger T2s/T3s, Vivi Novas (so far, I've avoided RBAs and winding my own coils), and I still use all the various filler cartos with and without tanks. Still, Ultimate CE2s are cheap, reliable, never leak, and vape well. Plus, re-using the tubes is a huge bonus.
