Yes Racehorse..No PG at all..not even in their flavorings...no alcohol
Well, let me know if you like the JC (I didn't, can't take the smokey mesquite undertones).
There's another gal on ECF who has similar problems, but she can't vape ANY flavor at all. But from people like this, I learned a lot about special needs vaporers. I also spent a lot of time in the DIY area, some of those people are probably more knowledgeable "mixers" than some of the juice vendors
You are probably not going to be one of those people who gets to try and enjoy a lot of fun juice, but if you can just get your nicotine delivered in a half way decent vape, you'll be able to vape. If your lung function improves down the line, then you can keep experimenting a little more.
First: you should figure out if it is the flavorings that are bothering you. This is very possible. The only way to do that is vape plain VG with nic. It's really kinda tasty, sort of sweet and pillowy. Lots of vapor.
Flavorings for special needs vaporers can always be a problem. It could be the %'s, or it could be one of the flavorings itself. There may be some you can vape and others you can't. One thing is for sure, the less flavoring you use, the better off you probably are going to be.
I think you're only going to have 3 options. DIY your own juice, vape flavorless juice, or try this stuff:
Ecopure Rich or Ecopure Regular. Cignot and Intellicig has it. It's the cleanest vape you are ever going to find out there. It is not cheap. Intellicig also has it in cartridges. It won a Vapenstein Award before all the new kids on the block came along. Reviewer described thusly:
""The flavor on inhale is incredibly difficult to compare to anything. It is clean. Incredibly clean. Squeaky clean. Operating room clean. It is like taking a blast of pure oxygen. It's strangely appealing how neutral and crisp the flavor is." He described it as miraculous.

Now, understand, this was before all the custom mixers came along, this is legacy juice

But I think you will be okay on this stuff. It's got enough analog-likeness to get you thru.
you can buy here:
ECOpure e-Liquid
or here:
https://www.cignot.com/category_s/27.htm
If you want to DIY, just get some ECOpure Krystal e-Liquid 10 ml in 36mg and dilute it down to your nic strength.
Cignot looks like they're going to discontinue it, I imagine again because it's so expensive.
Then, head over to the DIYers section and ask them about flavorings. Fernand has some very good posts....do a search in DIY and you will see some of those conversations. There are people who are into vaping as clean as possible, since the only really healthy thing to put in lungs of course, is air.

Nature's Flavors is one company who has flavors that are no PG....but they may have ethyl alcohol. I will have to look again. I know some of the vendors like HHV and VV and such carry 100% VG juice but it looks like they are using alcohol instead. Anyway, you are in a category where you can take no chances, you cannot be wheezing.
Of course, if you like the JC stuff, then that will be good, too. Did you get a lab report from them or ask about flavorings?
I will also see if I can find some of the folks with your situation and see if they can talk to you.
