Failed to perform. No returned calls or email and no delivery.

Briefly describe your problem or issue

Ordered e-liquid from company on Feb. 17th.
From the 17th to March 1st. order did not change nor was item received.
On March 1st sent an email to their net-sales email service... no response.
March 10th called their number from my banks statement. No response.
March 14th a rep. from my bank called their number from the statement. Voicemail.
March 14th Bank rep sided with my complaint and reversed the charge. No remedy allowed for seller.
