Briefly describe your problem or issuePlaced an order with Naturally-Extracted-tobacco.com on April 25th.
My card was charged on the 28th, bank statement confirms.
I waited until may 15th before emailing with any inquiry (3 weeks.)
I've now sent several emails, each a few days apart, and have received no reply.
I looked up the phone number on file (via the whois domain registry) and attempted to call in hopes of rectifying the situation since emailing did nothing. The phone number was "No Longer In Service." (No surprise there unfortunately.)
I've received no return correspondence, I've been charged and have received no product and no notification of shipment.
I would happily take a refund and harbor no ill will if there was at least some communication, but at some point the only conclusion left to draw is the worst case scenario...
You were without a doubt the de facto NET vendor last fall, held in high regard. I'm shocked how dramatically that has changed in such a short time.
Take the site down or put up a notice explaining that you are currently unavailable to process new customers. All you're doing is damaging your reputation.
