Review of Chris' Blend found here.. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=490585

That's my last review of my first round of NETcom juices. I didn't review H+ Yellow Mane as I've already reviewed The Blond from W2V, and it's basically the same vape. It's a flavor I like, and would give it a 4.5.

Pretty great scores for me overall. Chris' Blend and Coventry being my least favorite with 3s, Balkan, H+ and BA Mango Vanilla getting great scores of 4.5, and Big Spirit getting a perfect 5. Very impressive offerings Clay, hope things are going ok for you buddy. Look forward to placing an order for a second round of NETcom.

Hmm... wonder if it is "mud tongue" ( or whatever it's nicknamed )...

IE where your unable to taste things properly which happens after quitting smoking at some point and seems to only last for a little bit ( a week or two ). If so... try several other juices and since some flavors will come through... try several.

Yup, and sometimes more than once if you have sinus problems like I do. Good point Rdsok!

Not too happy with Co.
Ordered 2 bottles on 11/02 and as of today it still states processing.
I get that buddy is going through some issues but still no excuse for not
notifying paying customers of possible delays via email.
I did send an email monday and have still not received a response.
Called and left a message before ordering to ask if they carry a menthol flavor
and never received a call back on that either.
Not a happy camper:(

Norman, Ok
The following has been posted on their website for a while now.. at least a couple weeks that I can recall...

PROCESSING DELAY: Due to an overwhelming response to our product, we have had to increase or processing time to 10 days before shipping orders out. We apologize for this delay, and appreciate your patience and understanding during this growing pain phase! We intend to be back to our 3 to 5 days processing time in the future. We will continue to focus on bringing you consistent custom made products that many of you have come to know and love. We appreciate every one of you for making this mom and pop venture an early success!

Nowhere on their website do they currently mention menthol... hence there is none at this time although Clay has mentioned in this thread he will add that option in the future...

My order from 10/27 just hit the mail today, so I'd say you have a few days.

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my order to ship and personally at this point, I DON'T want it shipped, I just want a refund.

I don't care how good it is... If your site states an expected shipping time and you can't meet that than that's just poor planning ...

Not only that, they sent out emails saying it would ship Tuesday, I still have received NO notification of it shipping yet.

I ordered AND received my AiV order almost a week after placing this order and they are also a small, boutique operation...

And this seems to be an ongoing experience from what I read here, so dissatisfied and no longer interested...

Since you're already going crazy I thought I'd leap at this opportunity to aggravate the problem. Papabogart's post last night states the case perfectly. N-E-T's offerings are simply on another level altogether, as far from the Cloying Candy Syrup Fruit Bowl Supreme genre of e-juices that seem to permeate the market as they could be. We're talking TOBACCO here, and fine-quality tobacco at that. If this stuff doesn't help you kick those analogs into history, you may want to consider an intervention.

You're in for a real treat, my friend. After you've had a chance to enjoy it, do let us know what you think.

I've had a couple weeks to become familiar with my 23 little 5ml bottles from NET.com and I'm liking a lot of them! Haven't filled any cartos or cleaors, just dripping on my favorite atomizers so far. I've added some WTAs to many of them in separate bottles for the effects. Basically I've been chain vaping. It is definitely helping me to not smoke as many cigarettes as I was before. YAY! Dear hubby has been bugging me lately that I had returned to smoking cigarettes more than usual, so I am desparate to kick the habit--and may still need hypnosis or some other intervention lol. I still smoke a few NATs every day. Just not 2 packs a day anymore!
The room I use for my vaping supplies, DIY stuff etc. smells like a high end tobacco shop, sigh  I love the smells in here:) It smells like I have opened bags of fresh tobacco sitting around! Some of my DIY tobacco flavors are possibly extracts of fine tobaccos because I'm getting some familiar tastes from these NET.com liquids, which is a good thing--and makes me happy-- because DIYing is frustrating much of the time and I'd rather buy the good stuff from folks like NET.com :D
Black Cavendish (HEAT) is my favorite but Flue Cured Virginia is also very nice. I mixed Gold with Blackberry Burley for a lovely new taste combination (the Blackberry by itself was a bit much as I don't go for fruity flavors very often, but it's a nice change of pace every so often.) I'm experimenting with adding a dash of minty-slightly menthol-flavored-DIY stuff and I'm having a blast! (I too dislike many of the cloying, "candy syrup fruit bowl genre" but I do like a slight bit of a minty-menthol thing going on sometimes.)

Thanks guys:) and gals :)

Got my order today and, I have to say, Big Spirit was probably worth the wait. Arrived in the nick of time to help me get through day two. Smells/tastes exactly like the corresponding tobacco. Well played.

However, I'm wondering what the wait time is on future orders because I'd definitely like this to be a staple.

Glad you found Big Spirit to your liking. A suggestion for your next order, vape this bottle slowly, and order a bigger bottle. ;) Seriously, if you have another vender you like it may be a good idea to stock up on some of theirs so you don't run out while waiting for NET.com. Personally, I think they are worth the wait, however, I have a mega-ton of liquids I need to at least put a dent in before I can order more from Clay. By then hopefully, he'll have things running smoothly again.

I agree with Chak. I've known Clay awhile now and he's a good man. He happens to be going through some challenging times. Don't we all! Folks, these are Mom and Pop shops we're doing business with. They are not multi-billion dollar organizations we're dealing with. Clay is NETCOM. So if he's struggling, NETCOM struggles with it. Chak is right, if you like NETCOM then you will need patience. As Chak says, rely on your other go-to juices to get you by.

I suspect Clay would prefer to have our problems of which juice we should put in our atties than what he is facing.

Cloud,

If you ask for a refund and don't get the juices, you may wish you didn't go with that option. NET.com's juices are as good as any naturally extracted juice out there. In addition, Clay, the proprietor is usually immaculate in his service and delivery efficiency and a great guy. I have known Clay for a while now and if orders are delayed there is a very good reason for it. Either demand has outstripped supply (unlikely but possible given how good the juices are), or he is dealing with other non-business issues I am unaware of. I have been away for a while so I don't know what is going on right now either.

Usually, Clay is right on the button in at least responding to his customers so I admit, there may be something I am not aware of that is going on with Clay or his business. It most definitely is not negligence or carelessness. Clay is is exceptionally good at customer service almost to a fault.

Be patient and I assure you once those juices arrive you will agree they were well worth the wait.

It is really good stuff, so I'll definitely be ordering again (in fact, doing so right now). That said, that NET.com is a mom and pop shop is not really sufficient justification for an 11 day gap between package acceptance and actual shipping* if the storefront states 10 day processesing, which it does. There's obviously some sort of personal stuff going on that I'm not aware of -- not my business -- but if money is changing hands, then being up front with delays is not an unreasonable expectation.

Tossing out a 10% discount on future orders as a way of saying "thanks for hanging in there with us" is a great move, however.

TL;DR: Some people are going to get miffed about a longer delay than stated, and it is, to a degree, justifiable. It's still a phenomenal product though, and worth the minor frustration.

*Shipping notification on 11/2, bottles say "Mixed 11/2/13" package hit the mail on 11/13/13 -- seven business days [eight minus the holiday]. This, despite an email on the 6th that said they'd [hopefully] be going out on the 12th or before.
