Nautilus Mini on a Kangor Subox Mini?

Can I use my Aspire Nautilus Mini tank (1.8 ohm atomizer) on my Kangor Subox Mini setup?
I know I'd have to dial down the watts. The Subox only goes down to 7 watts.
I'm vaping now with the Nautilus Mini around 4.2 watts on an eGo style battery system.
Is 7 gonna be too high?
Is there a difference in sub coils and regular?

It should work fine. Most people run the Nautilus mini somewhere between 11 and 15 watts. I use mine on an iStick 20w at 12-13 watts.

Are you sure your ego battery isn't set at 4.2 volts? 4.2 watts at 1.8 ohms is 2.75 volts. I've never seen an ego go that low before. Regardless, I vaped my nautilus at around 10 watts. 13 at the most.

You certain that is not 4.2 Volts? ...Not watts

I vape mine at around 13w to 16w with no problem on an istick 30w and a cool fire 4 40w.

I usually vape at 8w on the 1.8 or 1.6 ohm nautilus Mini coils you're gonna be fine.
