So I cleaned my mini, and went to put it back together and it won't vape anything. There is a " vape " sound and you can slightly taste it but nothing comes out. The air hole is open. I thought it was a wet coil so I changed it and it still won't vape. Has anyone had this issue? I've heard the nautilus is the best tank but I've had it not work quite a few times and I've only been vaping for 2 weeks. I'm using the new bvc coils. Any help would be appreciated.

Put it up to your ear and press the power button and listen to hear if it's actually firing. If it's not then I'd be guessing that either the battery is dead, or perhaps there is a bad connection between the tank and your battery, maybe a pin that needs adjustment or perhaps a loose connection somewhere etc.

Hmm, I see you said you can hear it so disregard above. That's a new one to me, I've only ever experienced this behavior with a wet coil but since you said it's a new coil too and you can hear it firing, then I'm clueless unless you managed to have a new *bad* coil.

I just recieved my Nautilus mini in the mail and was soo excited to try it out. I filled it with my fav juice and put it on an ego battery I just took off the charger. I did the little primer puffs and then waited 5 min for it to soak up some juice. I had read all the advice here on the Forum about not tightening things up too much, just finger tighten, or you can't get the parts apart due to vacume buildup etc. I take my first vape and ...nothing happens, no vapor, no juice taste no anything. My first thought "bad coil" so I upend the tank and unscrew the bottom, install another new coil carefully reseat and screw on the bottom.I make sure the things not too tight and check that it's getting air, primer puffs, let it sit, and try another Vape. Nothing! 8-o Start all over but this time look into the base of the tank when I take out the coil. Low and behold unlike other tanks were the coil pin touches the battery pin, the nautilus mini has a pin of its' own that touches the coil pin. In all my being careful not to tighten things too much, I didn't screw the coil in tight enough, its' pin did not push down the bases' pin and it didn't make contact with the battery center pin. I tighten down on the coil and looked at the bottom pin on the base. Sure enough it had moved down maybe 1/16th of an inch. I mounted the tank back on my battery and hit the fire button. Yahoo!! it fired right off. I've been Vapeing up a storm for 2 days and I love this tank!!! Hope this saves someone some agony! :)

I bought a Nautilus that did that...and then it started leaking like crazy after about a week. It's in a box with my old juices. Sad that I spent that kind of money for a tank I used like three times. It was a fabulous tank when it worked right, which it only did for about two hits after each coil replacement. Sad.

Perhaps try cleaning it and making sure it is thoroughly dried I have even read where someone used an air compressor or can of spray air and blow dried it, making sure all moisture was gone. Then they put it back together finger tight while the air holes were closed and waited a couple of minutes. They open to smallest air hole did some draws/primes with no power.
Also try a higher voltage if nothing is coming out. Experimenting with mine i find if i use say 3.3v the lowest on my battery little to no vapor comes out so i go higher say to 4v and it is fine.
