Nautilus Rebuild HELP!

I have attempted to rebuild the coil in my nautilus a few times now. With every coil I had 2 problems

E liquid leaks out the side air hole

And it produces almost no vapor and a very burnt hit

Any ideas?

RipTripper has two videos on Aspire rebuilding. One for the BDC ( single coil build ) and the other for the new BVC (questionable performance)
Seems to me Aspire has gone out of their way to keep the micro coil gnomes away from their stuff and keep us buying fresh ones.
Anyway, I hope that helps.

In a way, they have.

However, unlike Kanger, if a factory coil works, doesn't leak and lasts long enough, I'm happy to buy.

t.b.h. a year of microcoil "gnome-ing" has left me tired and bored.

I have watched rip trippers rebuild video. I'm getting a 1.5 or 1.6 reading every time. And the cotton does seem saturated, but I'm getting little to no vapor and a burnt flavor on ever single one I've built.

This is my first time building coils

My local vape shop suggested i try rebuilding simpler coils first, im currently attempting and failing spectacularly on viva nova and kanger coils. Is it bvc or bdc your attempting?
