Nautilus TSC Nickel Coil on SX330 Board: Compatible?

I'm interested in purchasing an IPV4 box mod, which has an SX330 board, and in an effort to avoid buying new tanks, I've been trying to find out if there are any nautilus nickel coils that would work with the IPV4. I've found one product, from Vapor Shark, that says it will allow TC on a DNA40 board:

Nautilus TSC Heads Nickel Wire 0.3ohm for DNA40

It warns against use on other boards, but I question if that is true or a marketing gimmick. I found one thread with someone saying they were using these coils on the IPV4 (scroll down to comments: Arkansas Dave):

They didn't followup on whether or not there were any issues. Anyone know? It'd save me a lot of $$$ if a Nautilus-compatible coil existed.
