NCP630A 3 Amp Adjustable Regulator - any way to test?

Hey, I have a NCP630A 3 Amp Adjustable Regulator that came with my madvapes vv box mod kit. How can I test it to see if it's working properly? The device is electrically dead to the connector, and I've checked everything else. I tried submitting this question through the Madvapes website, but I keep getting an error message when I click the "contact us" link a the bottom of the page.

Edit: By looking at the picture found here, I was able to partially test the regulator -- It's spitting 8.3 volts DC on my multimeter when I hook the negative lead to the ground from the three pin and the voltage in from pin 2. However, a continuity test between pin 2's two holes (for the battery in and the link to the switch) I have no continuity. So I guess that's a bad board?

Between the two holes on pin 2, you should have continuity. It you have an open, you can do a jumper from the closer hole on pin 2 to test but if none then bad board. Just log a ticket and we'll get you out a new kit. Sorry for the time to respond..
