Need a battery spacer for RCR123A 3.0V

Indulgence came with 2 bats for extended cup to vape @ 6V. The charger was meh though IMO. So I got Tenergy with 6 750 mah RCR123A 3.0 V bats.

Problem though is they slightly shorter then the standard bats so they to short to make contact. I don't want to stretch out the spring at the bottom of the battery cup.

So I think I need a spacer but what to use and where to find it? Any suggestions guys?

hi, I'm still charging the new bats, will try em with a normal atty and see soon as they done and let ya know what happens.

I just tried using the pennies as spacers with the new bats the cup got really hot but no power to the atty.Maybe It need 1 more penny to make contact.

when the cup got hot the spring at the bottom shrank down it seem like now I got to find something and stretch it a bit.

The spring poped off the cup and I ended up stretching enough so I don't need spacers anymore lol. Its working fine with new bats and HV atty. It also working with normal atty.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. You can use them as-is if you drop them down the tube so they're on the negative side of the battery, between the batt and the spring. If you use them on the positive side, you'll need to tape the sides so they don't short out against the sides of the tube.

gotcha , yeah I put them at the positive lol bit of a light show haha.

It working now though stretched the spring and don't need spacer anymore.

Cheers it working with both normal and HV atty. Used some forceps that where for belly button piercing to reach down in the battery cup. 8D
