RDA need a decent cloud build at .35 ohms

I'll be joining an online competition via submitted videos.

I'm running my x cube II and alliance v2 rda.

I have a 24g dual coil with 2.5mm ID. but the vapor production is lacking!!

The rules are for regulated devices must be no lower than .35 ohms!

So what would be a decent build? Recommended wattage?
I have available to me 22g and 24g kanthal
