Need a little forum help, please.

I hate to post this here but don't seem to have any other options. Also, I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, but how do I access the Deals and Steals forum? The moderator I attempted to ascertain this from is apparently busy (not being snarky, I know they're actually busy), and when I attempted to post this on the "Forum How-To's", I get the same message as when I attempt to access Deals and Steals, that being that I "do not have permission to access this page". I don't think that any of the possible reasons provided apply to me (not enough posts, trying to edit someone else's post, etc.), so what am I missing?

That's in the Pay it forward group and they closed it to non-members. I think you just have to join that group to be able to see it again.

I'm not sure but it might be part of the pay it forward group so you would just need to contact someone in that group or in the Deals and Steals and ask for them to send you an invite. A bunch of these groups are invite only. It keeps out spammers and such.

You MUST join the social group before you can post in it's forum. When you go into the group on the upper right of the page there is a link for "join this group". Click on it. Some groups are by invitation only.

I know you have to join to post, but I used to just go and read once in a while. I always lurk for a while before I join anything, I like to see what it is before I dive in. I can't read there now, which is fine. It's their forum, they can run it however they see fit.

I can do that, Mr. Duck sir, and for the record you just made me aspirate Very Berry. As for the snarkiness, it's a congenital defect (or blessing). I really can't help it and am not sure if I want to.
