Need Advice on Wick and Wire for Ce2's

I ordered some Fluxomizers, a Viva Nova, and a stardust. I have done my research and plan on rebuilding all of them when they go out to save money and get a better vape. I haven't been able to find any good info about what gauge and type of Kanthal wire to use to get them all to between 2.5ohm and 3.5ohm. If someone could point me to a reputable vendor of Kanthal wire that would be very helpful as well. Also will regular wound cotton from wal-mart work for wicking or do I need a better quality cotton?
