I don't have any experience with either mod or tank, but I hear some good things about the Melo. Lots of folks like it. The general opinion on the Ego 1 tank seems to be that it's crap. At 60W or less, any of the 1st gen sub-ohm tanks will work great for direct lung hits. (Arctic, Delta 2, Kanger Subtank, etc) That won't be enough power for the newer tanks though, like the TFV4, Starre, etc.

eleaf and Joyetech are basically the same.

All my Joyetech mods died prematurely and none of my eleaf ones have been any trouble.

To me, Joyetech are the pits... style and hype over substance. The Melo was a good tank from what I remember. I wouldn't buy a Joyetech tank either, as they are stupidly expensive for replacement atomizers.

(Boy, I am grumpy about Joyetech)... :)

My suggestion is that you re-consider.

If you are going to vape at the lower wattage then the APV you've chosen are fine.

But if you plant to be above 35 Watts you may want to look at a 2 Battery Unit or a
all in one like the Evic Vt 5000mah or the MVP3 Pro 4500mah.

If you don't mind changing batteries and prize the small form factor then you'll be fine.

BTW I'm vaping on a Tobeco Supertank Mini at 37 Watts and it's a very good vape. Relatively small
and top filling. So far no sputtering and no spilling.

The Tobeco might be a good choice for you.

Is it because battery life will be short or some other reason? I think Ill mainly vape on tc if that makes any difference.
