I started out with a kr8 and I still like it, but just got my disposable 510 today. I removed the fill from the cart and rinsed it out..

I dripped some waffle juice on the atty and im loving it!

I want a real 510 now but need to know a few things before I order..

If anyone can help me out id appreciate it!

1. How many extra attys do you think I need? Im still searching for a go to flavor as far as juice is concerned.

2. Which one is the most reliable seller with decent warranty and fast service I can buy from

3. What do I need? I want to drip, but also would like to fill carts so it can last a little longer when Im doing something and dont have the time or patients to drip into the atty..

Can anyone break down their 510 usage, habits and methods using it on a regular basis?

I think my kr8 is good to use on the go, but at work and home I can really see myself using a 510

The 510 was my first e-cig. I ordered mine from Rocky Mountain Vapor, excellent service very good prices. My starter kit was $44, free shipping.

I have a total of 5 attys, which all still work great. I just bought extras to have them, and to avoid cleaning so mush when I wanted to switch flavors. Now that I have found my go to (RY1 with some vanilla mixed in), I only use 1 atty.

The blue foam works great in the 510. Search for it on the forum, you'll get tons of info. Works great on the round carts, but I have no complaints when using it on the flat ones too. I use a flat tip cart with blue foam on my Janty V3, with a 510 adapter of course. I would def. use the foam when your not dripping.

As far as the battery goes, I would get about 12 hours out of a battery. I don't vape a lot at work, just a drag here and there. I would usually have to change the battery when I got home, use it all night and then all the next day until I got home again. I did use the PCC when out for a while, which is awesome for carrying extra full carts.

All in all, I absolutely love the 510. I don't use mine anymore, but I do use the atty in my V3, it rocks.

Hope this helps, good luck.

Me...I'd say that while I like the cignot deal...I'd get a 510 starter kit from nhaler $47 but it includes 2 6ml sampler sizes of your choice of juice in addition to the 5 prefilled carts and a 10% off coupon code (SaveinNJ) so comes out to $49.30 shipped..so all told after shipping and everything included from everywhere it's right on par (within a dollar or 2) of some of the other cheaper places..For at home I'd probably add a PT though...and possibly a KR8 battery to 510 atty adapter (got mine from madvapes for like $3.50) so you can even use your 510 atomizers on your KR8 batteries if you wanted to..
Conversely, depending on how much you want to spend..I'd take a serious look at the Janty eGo (yeah I know it's $80, but IMO worth it) it's really a souped up 510 (battery life, vapor production, and flavor are stepped up on it) and again maybe a 510 to KR8 adapter so if you wanted to use your KR8tomizers on it you could..

You mentioned something.. and I missed it.... and Drozd saved the day. Doh!

If you already have KR batteries.. just get the KR-to-510 adapter... and then some 510 atties and carts (or better yet, 901 carts).

In my opinion (and I have data to back it up), the 510 atties actually work "better" on KR batteries than they do on 510 batteries.

This will definetly save you money and is the way to go I think after seeing SBs data I want a kanger batt with an adaptor and I think SBs data is right based on the 510s performance at 5v. SB you should post the link with the batt test you did so the Op can look at it.

All good advice above. If you really want a new "kit", I vote for the eGO. From the reviews I've seen so far, they have the longest lasting batteries short of a mod.

As far as how many attys you need, you have 1 already. 2 will come in the kit. I was worried about attys after reading about them dying all the time. 1 month in and my 1st atty works better by the day. As long as you have a spare or 2 just in case, you should be set.

Edit: I also have 1 used and 3 unopened disposable 510's (1 stays in my Jeep) for emergencies.

Funny you say I saved the day Scottbee...as I forgot to mention your thread on battery voltage and I was gonna...it was the final push for me to order an adapter for my KR8 batteries to use my 510 atties (as well as the adapter to use cartos on an eGo)..after seeing your research that the 510 batteries don't really push 3.7V but the KR8 batteries do..

FYI: only 1 atty comes in the eGo kit...2 come in the TW tornado kit..but for my money the faster charger and better warranty from janty over TW was the better deal (and at the time janty had the extra atomizer cones available and TW did not)

Thank you all so much.. I would have been lost without this info..

I think I will go for the adapters and attys if everyone thinks the KR8 batteries perform better with the 510 atty.

Right now, I am in the market for a good 5 Volt Mod. There are rumors that V4L is going to have a Mod called VK1 after the Chinese New Year sometime so that is what I am waiting for since I have a ton of empty cartoz I can refill.. Hopefully, they will also offer adapters like PS offers with the V2..

What is the Janty V3? Is that HV?

Again thank you all!
