Once you venture into mechs you are pretty much headed into RBA territory. Clearos aren't really intended or designed for use on a mech, nor are Kanger Protanks, I found out by using one on my first mech. The coils fry pretty quick on a mech. Depending on your preferences there is a large assortment of RBA's out there with different wicking and coiling options. Some use silica or cotton as the wicking material, others use stainless steel mesh, which is my personal favorite. Some find making SS mesh wicks difficult others do not. I made up 24 mesh wicks this morning out of boredom.
Silica and cotton might prove more your thing and there are a great many videos on YouTube on how to work with those. I've had very good luck with the RSST, which is a genesis RBA designed for use with a mesh wick, it's inexpensive and very easy to set up. It also has many nice features and is very well designed providing excellent flavor and vapor. I'd advise you to steer clear of the AGA-T2, which was my first RBA. It's a cantankerous device and not much fun to work with or use. I'm sure many will recommend the Kayfuns to you, and I can't speak to that having not used one. Many others will do their best to recruit you into the ranks of the dripping fanatics.
It's up to you, look around and do your homework. Get the means to check the ohms of your build first, and make sure you have the right batteries.
