NEED HELP FAST! atomizer trouble

I have a dse103 atomizer that just broke and as far as I can tell the one I ordered from RD as backup is taking forever per doing it the slow ship method, can't find anyone in US that has one for sale that I can get within at least a few days. I don't want to have to go back to analogs, but I broke down and had to buy some last night. For anyone out there please any info would be greatly appreciated and FYI be careful and buy a carrying case for your E-cig, don't learn the hard way like I did.

Something I noticed, that I would like to comment on. This is only my personal opinion.

I noticed you mentioned that you had one atomizer on order as backup. Going one at a time, may give you trouble. I order them by the dozen, (or even 25 at a time when the price is good), and every order I make, I add a few atomizers to the order.

This is just how I keep stocked. I refuse to go back to analogs. If you're low on cash, I suggest you order at least 4 atomizers, and reorder when you get down to 2.

If a ban happens, you will want about 50 extra atomizers (minimum). And save all broken parts batteries and atomizers as there should be modders who will be able to fix or re-work your broken parts.

The DSE103 is a small one. Long term you might want to invest in a very durable one like the Screwdriver or the adapteveR. For both the RN4075 is the best atomizer, but the DSE901 addy's will also work. (same screws, different bridge). And from my recent readings the 510 carts will work with both and hold more juice than the 901 carts.

Regarding the stocking up, that's something I kind of struggle with when talking with a newcomer to e-smoking.

I personally have an embarrassing number of 801 and 901 atomizers, and a decent supply of 510s. That's because I have a Screwdriver that I'm very happy with (takes the 901), a JantyStick that I think is positively nifty (takes the 801), and I have about 8 batteries I rotate plus a USB passthrough battery for the 510 (which I dearly love).

I've stopped buying 901 and 801 batteries because I simply don't use them anymore. (I'll even be phasing out on the 510 batteries once I acquire a 510 adaptor for my JantyStick.)

Basically, I'm at the point now where the stuff I've stocked up on, well, I KNOW I'm going to use it. I'd be feeling kind of bummed if I had stocked up on 401 parts, an e-cig that I tried but quickly tossed aside when I got tired of dealing with the refilling of teeny-tiny cartridges.

So you hate to stock up too much until you're fairly sure that the parts you're ordering are parts you'll continue to use. On the other hand, you never want to find yourself down to one spare atomizer. 8-o

For those who are just starting off, I think I would suggest having maybe 2-3 backup atomizers and then 1-2 backup batteries. I personally wouldn't want to invest more than that until I was fairly committed to a particular model.

I have to agree with JustJulie, as a newcomer to vaping I can't justify stocking up on anything until I figure out the combo that is going to work best for me. Having some spare parts around is necessary, but don't start stocking up until you find what works best for you.

You're 100% right. But, even a newbie needs at least 2 or 3 spare atomizers to keep him/her going. I blew out my first atty, just out of stupidity. Luckily I had 3 more to keep me off analogs.

Yup. Spares are an absolute must.

I just sometimes worry that when those of us who have settled in on a device (or two) are talking about having 20+ atomizers, well, we might be scaring some who are new to this whole concept of vaping.

Spares are a necessity. Trust me on that one. Even if you have an atomizer die under warranty, you need something to hold you until your replacement arrives.

I have zero doubt in my mind that if I didn't have a functional e-cig, I'd be right back on analogs. I hate to say it, but I know it's true.
