Need Help Figuring Out Where This Came From

I got a huge gift of e-liquid from someone, and in it was a flavor that I can't find in my searching so far. it is my new favorite flavor, and have got to find it!! It says on the bottle "Menthol Punch" and has 12mg written on it (im guessing the nicotine strength).

I don't know any brand or if it might even be DIY. But it is amazing, tastes like my favorite hookah tobacco to the letter. And the label is very simple, just name and the number.

Any one have any clue?

My guess would be its DIY because I've never heard of a menthol punch flavor and google is coming up dry. If you know who gave it to you I'd ask them but I'm guessing you can't or you wouldn't be asking here...sorry I can't be of more help.
