Need Help filling duel & single filler type clearomizer

These are from Diamond but they are the same as Smoktech.

Just got em, first cartomizers ever. I have followed the instructions trying to fill my single coil model. A few drips while tilting the unit, turn, then, a few more drips etc.. I seem to be stuck at the juice only wanting to go down 3/4 of the way. I have let them sit a while, taped them on the table top to shake the juice down.. nothing, nada, Zip. I wish to finish filling this thing.

I cannot imagine if I'm having trouble with the single shorter carto's the trouble I'll have with the longer duel cartos.

juice i'm using is 70 PG/30 VG.

There IS enough juice in this one to try and I tried.. gotta tell ya.. so far, it hits like a Beast with a drip tip on the end.. got lots of TH, Flavor and Vapor.. seems the nic is stronger too than with the cartridge. This is Very close to dripping IMO. ( that's with the Riva.. haven't tried the duel on the 5v yet)

Just need a better method for filling.

You can put juice in one of the carto condoms and press the carto battery end in to the condom. - That's a condom fill method.

You can put the carto in a bag and spin it around battery side facing away from you. That's the tarun spin method.

Thanks Six. I did find this video and tried it with my syringe - this guy makes it look easy but my 16 gauge needle didn't wanna go down like his did.. I had to shove really hard and it pushed/compacted the filler material.. I managed to get it filled at least where it all looks wet but then I had to re-fluff up the filler material back to how it supposed to look. - That was a royal PITA.



I've just saw one of someone saying they take the end connector off and bottom fill but I'm afraid I'll create leaks. I'll try another method for the next one.. dying to try the 5v out.. never experienced 5v before.

if you have any glass droppers they work good i always use em for filling cartos. just fill em up put it right against the filter tilt it a little and slowly push the juice in

A 16 gauge needle is pretty big. 20 or 22 gauge would be more appropriate (nothing smaller or you won't be able to get juice to go through it).

No need to remove anything for bottom filling. Just put some juice in a carto condom and press the battery end of the carto down in to it. Wipe off when done.

Well, I'll share what technique I stumbled upon that work fine for me. I don't use a drip tip, I use a rubber grip I pulled off an ink pen- that was someone else idea- it goes on the outside of the carto, leaving the stock mouth piece on.

So, when I start to get a dry hit, I yank the pengrip off-fill a condom 2/3- stuff the carto in, mouthpiece first-pull it off- done.

It's extremely fast, and for some reason it doesn't go down the center tube into the atty part when the rubber mouthpiece is left on. It always stays along the sides.

you won't harm the coil from filling at most youll just overfill and have to blow some of the juice out

How clear does the tube need to be? - If the coil is at the top, and you only see juice at the bottom, wouldn't the coil be getting dry burned?

I'd love to try the condom method, but these were wrapped in plastic.. I don't have condoms for them.

I just got this crazy idea.

If I could find something like a tiny rubber plug to only block off the center hole in the connector, I could use it like a straw and suck up the juice from the bottom through the two side holes.

lol oh, makes more sense now. i usually fill mine when the the top half is mostly clear but you can probably run them longer

Crazy idea not so good.. it kinda worked.. filled it about half way but with large white areas.
