I recently got a new drip tip for my 510 DCT but when it arrived I found that the o ring it came with was just a little too small and wouldn't securely hold the drip tip in the carto. Fortunately I had an old plastic drip tip whose o ring was slightly bigger and was able to swap them; even after that the tip wasn't fitting snugly enough so had to wrap around a thin strip of tape in the groove where the o ring sits just to make the o ring wide enough.

My question is: does anyone know where I'd be able to pack of small o rings in variable sizes so I have them kicking around should I need them in the future? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Home Depot...plumbing department ... Danco size 60
The last time I was in there to pick up some more, Danco was revamping their products and had renamed the sizing to 060.
Either package is the same and will replace the drip tip O'ring.
It helps a lot getting it on, to lubricate the ring with some juice, or soak it in warm water for a few minutes, to soften it.
O'rings from the plumbing department are safe, as they are used in water pipes.
I also find having a dental pick to aid in pulling it on helps a lot.

I had to replace the ones that came with my drip tip as they were to fat to fit into the top !!!
So this may not solve your problem, but it's cheap enough to find out.
Good luck

I wouldn't recommend just using any random type of o-ring. O-rings are made of different materials. Some will degrade with chemicals and while degrading will bleach their plasticizers into what ever is causing them to degrade. For vaping, you want to stick with nitrile, buna-n, silicone, or natural rubber. These will resist PG, VG, and Isopropyl alcohol and are usually used in food grade applications. Just because something is safe in water, doesn't mean it will be safe with chemicals.

Thank you all for your input and suggestions. There's a Home Depot half a mile away from me so I'll check there first and if I can't find anything I'll take a look at all of the sites everyone suggested. This will be great - no longer will I sit in front of my computer pondering for hours whether the drip tip/s I want to order will properly fit into my cartos and tanks. Thanks again!

Again, thank you all for your input. I went to Home Depot earlier today and got a 10 pack of Danco #36 o-rings for $2.27 and, at least with the one drip tip I used it on, they worked perfectly! The rubber they're made of is stiffer than the rubber that the o-ring that came with the drip tip is so it took a little effort to get it on, but once I did it worked wonders - no more wobbly drip tips. I only hope it works at well with any future drip tips that may need o-ring replacement.

P.S. Slots, I think Danco has changed their sizing codes because I couldn't find any numbered 060 and the ones that were size #60 were far too tiny. Regardless, thank you for taking the time to leave your input; I really appreciate it.

I'd like to make an addendum to this post. While the size 36 o-ring I used worked on the one tank I was having issue with, I found they were too fat and too stiff to work on many other cartos, tanks, etc. that I own. If anyone has the SmokTech RSST and has noticed the drip tip is very loose the #36 o-rings work very well on it, but don't expect it to work on much else.
