Need Help, im getting Scammed by a Registered Supplier

hi guys,

I already posted in the ATV board, i hope they read my post soon, already post with details in there, my problem is that i got a wholesale account from a ECF registered supplier, i paid my order friday (4/19/13) $768.40, then i got an email monday (4/22/13) telling me that they had to cancel my order due a exclusivity agreement with a wholesaler in my country, i opened a ticket sent a lot of emails and im still waiting for a reply, i need my refund because they already charge it to my credit card, i got the last email from them like 7 days ago, i need some advice or opinions thx.

Ill be posting the supplier name, emails, skype conversation and order here if they dont get in touch with me, then ill call my lawyer.

If you paid with credit card,just call up the card company and put in a dispute with an explanation. I assume the credit card companies in your country operate similarly to the ones in the us.

Call your credit card company ... the number on your card ... and see what they can do to hasten the process.

You may have already received credit. Some delay is expected in refunds. Check with your CC company. If needed, Call the Supplier in question.
A scammer would NOT have bothered with an explanation. They take the money and run.
