Need help on buying GGTS TMF #1443 (2011) (URGENT)

I got an offer from a friend that sell a GGTS TMF #1443 (2011) for around $350 plus free stealth cap and magnetic button. Is the price ok?
I'm in a hurry to seek help, pls don't hesitate to share your opinion.
