Good for you! We each get the device that suits us. I have two backups, so a failure of the eVic is far from catastrophic for me. It sounds like you have thought this out and will make a good choice. Happy vaping!

The only gripe I have with the smok Groove is how much liquid I am going though now.

I saw this video review where the guy trashes the build quality - mine reminds me of a decent cell phone and it does not fall over all the time (never so far), the screen is in perfect alignment, and it is silent while in use (review mentions pulse sounds). The reviewer might have got a bad apple but mine is now my favorite device.

I heard decent things about that model.. but personally I don't like the build of those devices.. maybe one day i will get one just to add to my collection but atm i'm just going with the 'tube' look

I've had my eVic for a little over a week now and I thoroughly enjoy it, not quite so sure about all the negative durability issues, to me it seems fairly solid I have dropped it once with zero damage. I'm not out to prove anyone elses durability claims either. The controls are super easy to adjust, having 1 button to cycle through 6-8 menus doesnt sound like fun to me or easy to remember either. I really like my evic and it isnt huge like a VAMO is either. With a 18350 batt and tube it is same size as a 650 twist or spinner and not mention I can charge it with the battery in so no need for extra stuff just to use it. It uses the same cord as every other device I have in my home.

my buddy has Zmax (which he really loves) and says that evic has alot of problems out of the gate...and zmax should be a good choice but i'm just not sure..

I bought 2 eVics day one ... 1500 hours use each, not even a hiccup. Can't talk about the ZMAX, never had one.

I'm sure you already know about his show LEGIT on FX but if you havent seen it.. its pure Jim at his finest.. a lot of stuff from his stand up was made into the sitcom

plus the skinny kid from Road Trip (DJ Qualls) is in it!
