Before I did anything your USA warehouse sent me the entire shipment again, 4 kits. I tried calling John Yan to find out what you want to do but the number you provided is incorrect. Tustin, CA is less than 100 miles from my home.
is it ok you don't write phone number, USPS doesn't need telephone.

Would you please send the wrong items to our USA warehouse? We will ask them send you the new package with correct items.

He's asking you what to do Verashu, because he got his stuff already, he's not asking for a phone number for USPS. He is saying YOUR phone number doesn't work as he tried to call and find out what you want him to do with his other stuff!

I would just keep it. Wasn’t your fault they sent two shipments to you. Sell the other if not going to use and make the money back you spent on the one that you are keeping. That’s what they told me to do when I had an issue with an order.

Hello Verashu, Thanks again for helping me out! For those who wonder if I received tracking number and eventualy the products I can inform you all went perfectly well and goods arrived in perfect condition. Today I've placed a second order whith high trust level.

I am having same problem. Placed order with Vapesourcing on November 27, 2017. So far have not rec'd order nor any confirmation email. If I check my order on website it says "payment accepted". No way to track. I have sent approximately 5 emails and none have been answered. What to do?

Hi friend, sorry for late as just back the office today, I just checked your order, yeah every week we get a batch from SMOK and right now it's still not enough, we are keep pushing them, and we will get a new batch for black/red, here may I know would you want to change some pieces to that color and I will check it with my colleague whether can ship you half of quantity first?

@Verashu, now the status for the 'Black and 7-color' Mag kit has changed to Pre-Sell (expected shipping on Jan, 20th) while the 'Green/Black' color is still Pre-sell for last year 2017.
Are you able to swap the colors in my order that are still 'Pre-Sell' to ones that are 'In Stock' so that I may get them soon? Having it ship 2 weeks later is a setback.

Edit: Or at least partially ship the ones that are in stock and ship the ones that are not in stock later.

Hello, the color of mag kit which is in stock is purple/black, gold/black, black/red, green black, silver/black, the two color which you bought rainbow red and black pink is out of stock, so would you mind change these two color or we arrange to send you the color in stock first?
