I was a menthol smoker and have tried a LOT of menthol vapes. My favorite menthols are from FSUSA - I like almost all of their tobacco flavors in their menthol versions. These let the tobacco shine through and the menthol is there in just the right amount - no KICK YOU IN YOUR FACE mouthwash minty taste. Their PURECIG w/menthol got me off analogs altogether 61 days ago. I also love their Wyatt Earp, Max/Boro, and American Spirit - all in the menthol version chosen in the drop-down on the product choices. Their fruits are very nice too!

Well finding suppliers that carry Menthol flavors are rare. So any info pointing to any vendor carrying it will be great.

Eh wasn't a fan of Madvape juices last year so unless they switched suppliers looking for other vendors.

I guess does anybody have juice vendor recommendations (that carry menthol)? I just want to avoid the whole menthol crystal issue. I look like crack addict when mixing the menthol in.

I don't order pre mixed juices very often but here are 2 of the places I do buy from when I do http://www.purevapes.com/ and Backwoods Brew

5C, you picked winners with the Buzz and Infinity!! And the Notcigs family :)
I didn't pick them. I was just left on the doorstep one day and they brought me in outta the cold.

Just ordered some Halo to try out.
Would love more suggestions.
Can anybody clime in about the clearomizer/fluxomizer on the Buzz? Would love a MAP tank but thats sold out.

Congrats and welcome to ECF. Outstanding PV choice. I LOVE mine. I'm just not a "flashing, bling" type I guess. The Buzz is my style.
You are doing yourself a great service when you quit smoking. Your body will thank you each day you are off them. After smoking Kool's for 40+ years, I totally quit on vape day 2 using a SDMKII Screwdriver 510.
Up until a week or so ago, I had looked for menthol and tried way too many looking for just that right one. I do believe I found it - at least for now.

FreedomSmokeUSA PureCig Menthol. I bought, without ever trying it, a 120ml bottle based on all the positive reviews. I was NOT disappointed either. Excellent juice imo.

As mentioned, juice is SO subjective. To each their own. If you get some you don't like, get back here to the trade section and swap it for something else. It's all good at ECF. Loads of encouragement and support. We have all been there. When you all travel down that same road, you know where the bumps are and where the road is smooth.
Hang it and stay positive. You can do this...:thumb: :vapor:

Thanks for the welcome.

Definitely will be ordering from Freedom tomorrow.

Still waiting on info on the clearomizers/fluxomizers. They intrigue me, but the issues scare me.

Eh already quit once with ecigs. Before the REO was fine since I needed something on the go. I wasn't restricted in vaping as I am now so need something with a bit more punch. I used to use the REO as a pacifier. I don't have that luxury now.

Anybody know if I'll need a 510 -> 510 adapter for a MAP tank? I should stock an adapter if I need one beforehand.

Both me and El Dee don't like them. Mine leak, juice in my mouth and I can't keep them working right from one minute to the next. But if you like them (and allot of people do) they will work on the Buzz as good as anything else. You can use just about anything on the Buzz. I won't use fusha in mine though. I just can't seem to get a liking for that juice.

Hey Bov I actually worked tonight! No one wants to work on Superbowl sunday. I have the pleasure in my job to pick/choose hours that I want. I can work none if I want to. (Which is what I have been choosing lately!). LOL Of course this is packer land and all the people had the superbowl on. Yada yada. I am what one could say uninterested in sports. Hubby and I usually take advantage of major games and do our shopping during the game time.

Okay back to menthol offereing for evil ferret. WElcome....welcome
The vendors I like are vapor renu. East coast menthol is the best. It reminds me of a really smooth newport cig. The other tobacco menthols are good as well. Havana menthol is unique but good. My taste buds are changing so the maple rum isn't pleasing me anymore. I tried all the menthol offering accept the peach tobacco menthol. The other flavors are just okay to me. They use to be on my favorite list. However, my tastebuds evolved. I am into diy now but I am ording the flavorings for these flavors.

Of course the shipping at vapor renu is 5.95 and you have to buy a big bottle (30ml) you can customize it with double, triple flavors. You can add vitamins. You can also select your blend. First time users coupon code is "nujuice" I believe it is 15% off.

Some people either love vapor renu or they hate it. I am a menthol lover so its easy for me. For sweets I only tried the chocolate and swedish fish. Chocolate sucked and swedish fish was okay. It would kick .... in a mod.

Gourmet vapors has some decent menthol. I actually like the nuport and salem. Nuport was in regular flavor. If I bought again it would be in double flavor. They have a 20% coupon code floating out there somewhere. They are also on facebook as well.

Those are the only two companies I can endorse that I find CS and their flavors to be acceptable to me. I am very fussy on menthol. There was a few samples from gourmet vapors that tasted like peppermint which I hate. However, this company uses pharm grade nicotine and only 10 tobacco flavors from FA. Everything besides the tobacco flavors are made in the USA. (I am pointing that out for safety purposes). No diacetyl

I have tried other companies and it all smelled like perfume. Evilferret do remember that we all know taste is so subjective. However, if you did decide to buy those two flavors from vapor renu and you did not like I would purchase from you. I love the flavor that much. I smoked kools/newports for a long, long time. Good luck in your juice!

Forgot to add that gourmet vapor offers sample sizes.

Everyone has their favorites. I'm not a good person to ask because about all I vape is 555. I used to but from Tasty Vapor because you can buy it in high nic level and put the doubler and then you double the juice you get. Plus you can order what ever flavor combo you want. But I havent bought from them in a very long time.. I have way over 1000 ml. of juice from different vendors but I just don't get into all them flavors any more. I pretty much vape V4L wow 555 now. I have 15 30ml. bottles of that stuff I like it so much. The best advice I can give you is buy the little samplers from this vendor and that until you find the one you like then start buying the larger sizes after you find your vendor. I have ordered from probably 30 different vendors and it just depends on the flavor I'm looking for. I just gave a 50 ml. bottle of menthol juice away because everyone I've tried taste like mint. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hahaha don't worry all comments are appreciated and helpful.

Hey 5cards, have you tried the 801 Fusion? Is it worth getting the adapter to try that out also when it comes back in stock?

SDH thanks for all the info. I know taste is subjective but I find a borderline of quality from vendor to vendor. No decent vendor had anything I couldn't vape (so far from recommendations from ECF members). Just looking for vendors to add to my list of to go places.

So Vapor Renu over Gourmet Vapor? Hmm can't seem to find only a Clove-Menthol on Vapor-Renu.

Again thanks

Juice.....I've heard the pure-cig mentioned was good but I haven't tried it. FSUSA has some good juice and some not so good...I just cracked a candy apple from there tonight and BLEH!!! Candy Apple my eye....I find my best results from the kitchen counter...I need more flavors!!If it were me I'd research the DIY section and blend my own...

Atties/Cartos...Here too I've tried them all...One company reigns supreme...A man named Issac...he owns InenVape. My favorite atty IKV 901 HV,,,Yes I know Bovina said you don't need HV atties but... IKV's HV atties have bigger wire wound tighter on the coil...Benefits..?? I run it at 5 volts..it blows vapor like a champion at that voltage...the bigger, tighter wound wire is a blow proof juice magnet...The one I'm using right now has vaped in excess of 60mls of juice and is still like brand new. IKV's 801 Fusions are the World's best cartomizers closely followed by the IKV 510 Drip Tip. I run them around the 4,2 too 4.5 range. Boge 510 cartos from Liberty Flights will suffice if no Drip Tips are available....Stock up whenever possible on IKV products.. Those Clear-O-Mizers Don't even waste your time....Way too much fiddling and too little vaping...Very, very frustrating and Iken blows them away big time...

PV...You have made the correct choice there. My Infinity is back in Cali for repair. Infinity vs. Buzz...Well the wheel is the big difference. My draw was funky on my 510 native Infinity,, Hoping it'll be better when it gets back..I really like the end cap on the Buzz much better and mostly after initial experimentation I leave the voltage alone...It was nice kicking it up/down on a whim though...I'd actually suggest one of each...I'm rough on my stuff and NotCigs makes IMO unmatched PVs...Some may be more fancy...None blow more vapor...NONE..!! The Drip 510s will be a good start...A 510 native Buzz allows adapted atties too be no longer than they would be if native too the adapter used...So good move choosing the 510. Get a meter from NotCigs for testing voltage...very handy!! You'll see the light when you fill the IKV 510 and screw it too that Buzz....No damn cigarettes required..............:vapor::evil::vapor:

Hahaha thanks, already ordered the 510 drips from IKV.

Is the 801 Fusions worth getting the adapter and hawking when they'll be available?

Any suggestions for normal atomizers? I bought the dripper too so might as well try it out too. I only have super LR 510 atties so any recommendations for those would be great too.

If I get my hands on the MAP tank, hopefully it can replace my REO for on the go. Just re-stocked on a few atties for it.

Thanks for the info on the Flux/Clearomizers. I'll stay clear, was hoping all the reviews were wrong and it was the best thing since sliced bread.

If everything pans out and this does help me kick the habit again, will definitely order the Infinity for the missus. She's fine with our old equipment but I would like to get her something nicer. She has been eying the Mini REO though. Need to convince her on the MAP tank.

Vapor renu had clove menthol. Just keep looking. I find the two equal. GV does have an advantage to only buying small samples so your not holding onto a 30ml sample.

I agree with Ikenvape 510 drip tips...they are great! I just hope they don't sell out before I order. Oh wait..don't buy the Ikenvape 510 drip tips....I need to order first......

Hahaha already ordered half a dozen. I can run these on my spare eGO's so why not.

Thanks for the suggestion but I hate clove. It just tastes icky to me. I really wish I could find something like Nat Sherman's Hint of Mint.

Going to give Gourmet Vapor a try tomorrow. Their sample size drew me in.

I wish IKV had their HV 510 atties in stock. Oh well, next order.

Now I need to find a setup for the missus. Any suggestions for a setup that'll last all day? She's leaning towards a Mini REO but any other suggestion would be great. Plus if I get her a VV I can steal parts from her. Looking for easiest carto to use (or is the IKV 510 what I should be using for her as well?). How long does it last with med/heavy vaping?

Thanks all

If it helps, I'm strictly a fruit/menthol juice person.

evil, I completely hooked on Backwoods Brew http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/94181-backwoods-brew-ordering-thread.html. Don's juice are very clean and subtle natural flavors. I haven't tried his Menthol, but many rave about it. His fruits are great including fruit/ bacco flavors. I'm not big on tabacco flavors but love his. Applewood is my all time fav, the tobacco base again is subtle and gives it depth. Melonbacco and Cherry Tobacco are very good. Also Peach, Blueberry and Strawberry are outstanding.
Like the notcig family, the BWB family are welcoming and helpful.
Hope this helps you, it's helped me stay smoke free for 5 1/2 months.

Yeah I'd get adapters. I find the 901s hard too beat...510 wise I have a pack of joye 510s from Liberty but haven't given them a go yet..Drip Tip 510 hold about 30 drops as do Fusions, IKV 808 Mega cartos hold 60 drops and are excellent cartos as well. There are subtle differences between the DT510s, Fusions and Megas. 5CS posted where adapters were 99 cent...So I'd grab whatever IKV has in stock at the moment...All are top of the line for sure...LR atties on the Buzz are battery killers and may trip the protection circuit as well...So I wouldn't go there. I only hit Liberty Flights out of necessity as Iken's products are sometimes hard too come by....Demand being what it is....
