Like liquid stuck in the airflow
But I clean it good all the way down still hearing the sound loud.

Sounds like flooding. Too much liquid getting to the coil. You need to work on your wicking technique for your style of vaping.

if you're new to rebuildables it'll take a while before you get the hang of it.
do watch as many reviews of your tank as you can on the tube, focusing on the size and position of the coils, what it's supposed to sound like, and as uncle junkie points out, how much cotton you're using and how it should be positioned
i've never tried this tank but acccording to one reviewer there are a few things to keep in mind with regards to whicking
this is a heavy rta to cut your teeth on btw, dropping whicks, dual coils and very high wattage.
when thing i learned not everyone talks about, sometimes your inhalation technique is very important. you'll get the hang of it with some experimentation
meanwhile i hope who know the tank comes along with more specific advice

The technique in that video works to remove the consequences, but not the cause.
The wicking needs to be adjusted.
